Abigail Showl

Master Massage Therapist

Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist

About Abigail

I have a passion for teaching my clients how to have correct posture and to live a pain free life. I continue to expand my knowledge in the field of Core Bodywork and share this knowledge with others.

I was a Police and Fire Dispatcher for the City of Fayetteville for 7 years. Sitting all day caused back and posture problems like I'd never experienced before. After trying multiple approaches to find relief, massage is what made the difference. I needed to learn everything about it. I needed to share this gift with everyone I could.

Background & Certifications

I received my degree in Associate of Applied Science in the Medical Field in 2005 from the University of Arkansas in Fort Smith.  I began studying Neuromuscular Therapy in 2011 at the Edge School of Massage where I have also been an instructor. I obtained my Massage Therapy License in 2012, and became the Owner and Founder of White Willow Massage Therapy in Mountainburg, AR. I became a Master Massage Therapist in 2014. I began studying Core Bodywork with Noah Karrasch in 2011 and went on to become a Core Bodywork Instructor. In 2014, I became a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist through Klose Training in Little Rock, AR. I am also a 2nd Degree Reiki and Hospice Reiki Practitioner. I studied with Suzanne Parnell at the Stonewind Institute in Chester, AR. I have certifications in Fijian Massage and Ashiatsu (Barefoot Massage), Fire Cupping and Cupping Massage, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Micropoint Stimulation Therapy, and Passive Fascia Restoration.
