9 Chakra Meditation
This meditation practice focuses on 9 energy wheels that segment the body, from the holistic perspective of the Buddhist monks who have created, learned, and handed down the practice. While we meditate, Martha speaks a Sanskrit mantra that is unique to each energy center. Each chakra also has its own visualization, key words, and concept that are all shared as we travel through the meditation.

Restorative Flow
Dino Yoga
Kid Friendly Yoga
Mondays 4:15PM with Ian and Brody
A fun, creative yoga class that will activate the curiosity and playfulness in your heart while you invite more movement for your body. Led by Ian Mychal, and his son (6), they will guide you through the prehistoric practice of Dino Yoga. Incorporating intentional yoga-inspired poses with an active imagination, these classes are an invitation to be playful and silly while tuning into your body as you fly through the canopies as a Pteranodon, or ward off predators while grazing in a field like a Pachycephalosaurs.
Ian completed his 200 YTT in 2021, and was inspired by his son to offer Dino Yoga to the community. These classes will be offered weekly until summer break.
Song Circle
This is a space to join together in singing and vocal improvisation. We will explore the depth of our vocal musicianship and learn songs each week.Participants are welcome to bring songs to teach in this co-collaborative space. All are welcome and encouraged to come, all ages, and all perceived skill levels. Instruments are welcome as accompaniment.
