With over 10 years of experience in the industry I'm a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of how the muscle tissues relate to and influence each other and what techniques are more effective for specific areas. I have a keen intuition that allows me to pinpoint areas of tension and discomfort that clients may not even be aware of. I hold a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and believe that massage is an essential tool for reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.
