My meditation practice began over 30 years ago living in the woods of Maine. I bring much life experience from a broad spectrum of healing modalities.

I hold Earth energy. My services bring a person into their most grounded and centered version of their self. Relaxation and Bliss are my specialty in massage.


I host a weekly meditation circle. It's donation based and open to all.


I also host a monthly Grief Circle. Grief can come from many circumstances, not just death, and it can come in many forms. Everyone grieves in differently. We are here to walk with each other.
