Thursday Class Schedule
ALL CLASSES ARE NOW DONATION BASED
and open to all. Please register!
We are a Donation Based Studio!
What does this mean for you?
Pay what you are available to exchange. The average cost of a typical yoga class is $15-25 per person. We will never turn anyone away based on the ability to donate.
We appreciate all forms of donations and support to help sustain our space and community. Some of the ways you can contribute include offering work/man power, providing supplies such as toilet paper and hypoallergenic laundry detergent, and offering cleaning or trade services to assist our staff. We value your time and attendance in our classes as a form of donation. We kindly request that you consider balancing your donations between supporting the space and compensating the instructor. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to our community.
How do I donate money for my class?
When you register through Eventbrite, you will find suggested donation amounts to keep the process simple. However, you are also welcome to fill in your own donation amount. If you prefer to make a donation in cash, please plan to arrive early to do so. It is important to always register, even if you plan to attend for free, so that we can ensure the class will take place and notify you of any changes or cancellations. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at our events!
Daily Practices
Tuesdays / Thursdays : 10:00-:11:00
In this class, you will embark on a journey of spiritual growth and self-discovery, guided by Shanti Rose who will help you unlock your full potential. Each day, you will explore a range of powerful practices that are designed to awaken your senses and cultivate mindfulness. These practices include cacao ceremonies, which involve drinking a special blend of ceremonial-grade cacao to connect with your heart and set your intentions for the day.
In addition to cacao ceremonies, you will also learn various meditation techniques that will help you quiet your mind and tune in to your inner wisdom. You will discover the power of intention setting, which involves identifying your goals and aspirations and aligning your actions with your values. You will also learn to create sacred space in your home or workspace, which will serve as a sanctuary for your daily spiritual practice.
Throughout these classes, you will receive personalized guidance and support from Shanti Rose, who is skilled in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for spiritual growth. This class aims to assist you in establishing a daily routine of spiritual practices that will help you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you, and empower you to live your life with intention and purpose.
Unmasked Masculine Embodiment Circle
2 Tuesdays a Month 6:00-7:00
Additional Sessions on Occasional Thursday
What To Expect When Joining Our Men's Embodiment Circle:
At our men’s group, also known as the "embodiment circle", we dive into deep practices and community designed to shed what no longer serves us in order to step more powerfully into our lives. We collectively share a powerful one-two hour experience with one another. This consists of various somatic practices, breathing exercises, and a sharing circle. Practices include movement, breath-work, physical and spiritual practices from various traditions including Tibetan Buddhism, qigong, Kundalini, archetypal embodiment, sacred plant medicines, shadow work and deep dives into the subconscious via guided meditations. These practices are structured in a safe container which take each man into spaces where the potential for deep healing and clarity can be experienced. We work on developing our masculine container as men of presence, depth and consciousness as well as developing acceptance, expression, and a relationship with the feminine within.
In the circle portion of our gathering, men share in a safe container with one another. What is shared here is held in strict confidence by a community of powerful, loving men. You can share and debrief either your experience from the practices or simply where you are currently in your life. There is an intrinsic quality of nourishment that happens when men spend time together in practice and community. Our goal is to cultivate and raise a community of powerful, conscious men, and we invite you to join us. There is no experience required for any of the above practices mentioned...come as you are. If you are hurting and need support, come. As the thirteenth century poet Rumi said so eloquently, “Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn't matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. Come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again, come, come.” We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our circle.
