Without a connection to yourself, you cannot connect to others. Our two-part Tantra Immersion focuses on your connection to your own body and your connection to your partner. Tantra utilizes the whole being when connecting to those around us.
Learn different ways to connect to your partner physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We will use breath, touch, movement and sound. This can be a powerful experience for couples looking for a deeper connection. We've seen Tantra light a spark that was lost, or turn that spark into a bonfire!

In this playfully intimate workshop, Allison will guide you through exercises to discover the many ways that the body speaks, to learn how both you and your partner like to be touched! Sometimes communicating with each other is intimidating or confusing; but with these fun exercises, you will learn new ways to confidently and even seductively connect with your partner in ways that light you both up and awaken your senses to higher levels of pleasure.
