Esme is a heart-centered, connection-oriented seeker who loves to learn, play, dance, sing, eat plants, and commune with the earth. Partner yoga fulfills her passion for creative and vulnerable connection. She practices hypnotherapy and Thai yoga massage and is obsessed with her five fantastic children and ridiculously fluffy feline.
